Côr Lumina

About us

Côr Lumina Berlin e.V. (previously known as the Berlin Acabellas) is a dynamic mixed choir founded in Berlin in 2018 and led by composer and opera singer Jennifer Evans. Bringing together more than 50 people from over 20 different countries, it is known for its rich harmonies and international repertoire spanning from classical pieces to pop songs. Côr Lumina regularly partners with charitable organisations like Lara, Berliner Kältehilfe, and Terre des Femmes, raising funds for women’s rights and empowerment at every concert.

A choir with over 50 people dressed in black with colorful contrasting scarves perform in a half circle around a grand piano in a large church while the choir master conducts the choir.
